Nara Murillo
President

Nara Murillo is the President of Zen Senior Care Services, a nurse, and a dedicated senior advocate with extensive experience in case management, healthcare navigation, and care transitions. She is passionate about helping older adults and their families navigate complex healthcare systems, understand their healthcare benefits, and access the resources they need to live safely and independently.

With expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and senior housing, Nara is committed to improving quality of life through advocacy, education, and compassionate support. Her mission is to bridge the gaps between healthcare and housing, empowering seniors to age with dignity, confidence, and the care they deserve.

Barbara Slingluff
Chief Operating Officer

Barbara Slingluff is the Chief Operating Officer of Zen Senior Care Services and a registered nurse with extensive experience in case management, care transitions, utilization management, and senior advocacy. She specializes in helping older adults and their families navigate complex healthcare systems, ensuring they receive the right care, services, and resources at the right time.

With expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, durable medical equipment (DME), and post-hospital care planning, Barbara is dedicated to improving patient safety, reducing avoidable hospital readmissions, and supporting successful transitions from hospital to home. Her clinical background in cardiac telemetry and emergency medicine provides her with a strong understanding of the medical challenges seniors face and the importance of coordinated, patient-centered care.

Barbara is passionate about empowering seniors and their families through education, advocacy, and personalized support. Her mission is to help older adults maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and confidently navigate every stage of their healthcare journey with dignity and compassion.

Jenny Probert
Secretary

Jenny Probert is a healthcare technology professional with more than 30 years of experience improving healthcare systems that support better patient care and care coordination. She is passionate about using technology to make healthcare more accessible, connected, and easier for seniors and their families to navigate.

Jenny is committed to advancing solutions that improve access to care, strengthen communication among healthcare providers, and support older adults in living healthier, safer, and more independent lives. Through collaboration and innovation, she helps further the mission of Zen Senior Care Services to enhance the well-being and quality of life of the senior community.
